Terms and Conditions for Applicants

1. Non-Completion of the Bootcamp
   1. If you do not complete the Bootcamp, your case will be reviewed to determine whether the cause qualifies as force majeure as defined in your sponsorship agreement.
   2. If your non-completion is not due to force majeure, you will be required to reimburse your sponsor the full programme fee as specified in your sponsorship agreement.
   3. If your non-completion is due to force majeure, your sponsor may, at their discretion, permit you to attend a future cohort in lieu of reimbursement.
2. Obligation to Join After Completion
   1. Upon successful completion of the Bootcamp, you are obligated to join your sponsoring organisation within the period specified in your sponsorship agreement.
   2. If you choose not to join without valid cause, you will be required to reimburse your sponsor the full programme fee as specified in your sponsorship agreement.
   3. If you have a genuine dispute regarding joining, you may request mediation facilitated by the Sadhguru Karyam team in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of your sponsorship agreement.
3. Final Assessment and Employment Decision by Sponsor
   1. Completion of the 21-day Bootcamp does not guarantee an offer of employment from your sponsoring organisation.
   2. Your sponsoring organisation retains the full and unconditional right to conduct a final assessment of your suitability following the completion of the Bootcamp, and to offer or not offer employment based on the outcome of such assessment.
   3. You agree that you shall raise no claim, grievance, or dispute against the sponsoring organisation in the event that an offer of employment is not extended to you following the final assessment.
   4. However, if your sponsoring organisation chooses not to offer you employment after your successful completion of the Bootcamp, you shall not be required to reimburse the sponsor the programme fee or any other costs associated with your participation in the Bootcamp.
4. Non-Admission by Sadhguru Academy
   1. Admission to the Bootcamp is solely at the discretion of Sadhguru Academy. If you are not admitted, this shall not be construed as a reflection on your suitability for employment with your sponsoring organisation.
   2. If you are not admitted, no programme fee shall be payable by you, and you shall bear no financial liability under the sponsorship agreement.
5. Sponsor Withdrawal Before Programme Commencement
   1. If your sponsoring organisation withdraws from the sponsorship at any point prior to the commencement of the Bootcamp — including after you have been successfully selected in the first two stages of the process — you shall have no right to raise any claim, grievance, or dispute against the sponsoring organisation.
   2. In the event of such withdrawal, if you wish to continue and attend the Bootcamp, you may do so entirely at your own expense. No financial obligation shall be borne by the withdrawing sponsor towards your participation from that point forward.
   3. Sadhguru Academy's standard fee and admission terms shall apply in such cases, and your admission will be subject to seat availability at the time of the sponsor's withdrawal.
6. Parallel Applications
   1. You may apply simultaneously to Sadhguru Academy and one or more sponsoring organisations without requiring prior acceptance from either party.
   2. If you choose to apply in this manner, you must pay the application fee as applicable directly to Sadhguru Academy from your own funds at the time of application.
   3. If you are subsequently accepted by both Sadhguru Academy and a sponsoring organisation, you may proceed under the sponsorship arrangement. However, the application fee you have paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. Disclaimer and Indemnification — Sadhguru Karyam
   1. Sadhguru Karyam is an independent facilitation entity and is not a division, subsidiary, representative, agent, or affiliate of Sadhguru Academy. These are two entirely separate and distinct organisations with no shared legal, financial, or operational liability.
   2. Sadhguru Karyam's role is limited solely to facilitating the connection between applicants, sponsoring organisations, and Sadhguru Academy. Sadhguru Karyam does not own, operate, manage, or exercise any control over the Boot Camp, its curriculum, its admissions process, or its outcomes.
   3. Sadhguru Academy shall not be held responsible, liable, or accountable for any act, omission, error, misrepresentation, miscommunication, delay, or failure on the part of Sadhguru Karyam, whether in the course of facilitation or otherwise.
   4. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Sadhguru Academy, its trustees, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of Sadhguru Karyam in connection with your application, sponsorship arrangement, or participation in the Boot Camp.
   5. Any grievance, dispute, or claim arising from the actions or communications of Sadhguru Karyam shall be directed solely to Sadhguru Karyam and shall not in any manner be attributed to, or pursued against, Sadhguru Academy.
   6. By proceeding with your application, you expressly acknowledge that you understand and accept the distinct and separate nature of Sadhguru Karyam and Sadhguru Academy, and waive any right to hold Sadhguru Academy liable for any matter falling within the scope of Sadhguru Karyam's facilitation role.
